In this peaceful and warm setting, Sabine and Jean-Louis Pautler offer a traditional cuisine of a gastronomic level. The menu changes with the seasons, and it is well stocked. Meat lovers will enjoy a pan-fried sweetbread with morels, a veal cordon bleu with cream or a rack of lamb with garlic cream. Fish is in the spotlight with many dishes: swimming of fish and shellfish, scallops and scampi... And even a complete 3-course menu and dessert. Bien que les tables soient pleines, le service se déroule dans le calme et la sérénité.
Il n'y a pas de longues attentes et le service est aimable et prévenant. En été, une belle terrasse est également à disposition. Nous y revenons volontiers.
