Set high up with a beautiful garden planted with trees and a swimming pool, the Castel du Pont d'Oly establishment is magnificent. The interior is decorated in taupe and white, with sober and elegant furniture and an old-fashioned fireplace in one of the rooms. The menu offers traditional dishes and takes a tour of the region's specialities, giving pride of place according to the season to foie gras, duck breast and suckling pig... but also to seafood products such as scallops, sole or lobster. For dessert, the plate of mountain cheeses competes with the macaroon and the crepe soufflée with caramel. The tasting menu allows you to taste a little bit of everything with its seven dishes composed on the spot according to the chef's mood and the products of the market. Of course, everything is prepared with local productions and according to the seasons. Everything is calm and peaceful and if you have been seduced by the restaurant, you can extend the pleasure by staying at the hotel in one of the six double rooms, with a contemporary atmosphere and comfortable equipment.
