In a typically béarnais village, this hostel is a very pleasant place where it is good to stop. The decoration plays on the authentic and the rustic with more modern touches. On the plate, the chef, Jean-Luc Vicassiau, from the cuisine of La Belle Auberge in Castagnède, will spoil you with some good traditional dishes accompanied by seasons, forgotten vegetables, his creed. You will be able to enjoy a velvety asparagus and flan flan, a pick of blettes from the country and a béarnaise massive bread, a shad shad, braised fennel and fresh vegetables, a grilled beef rib with shallots. Even image to dessert with the fruits of the moment: small flan and roasted fruit, matches with gariguette strawberries and almonds. Comfortably installed around nappées tables of clear fabric, this is a good moment in perspective.

On y mange très bien pour un tarif raisonnable quand on prend le plat du jour.
Nous commençons toujours par une bonne garbure, suivi d'un assortiment de légumes servis dans des plats séparés en entrées. Concombre, betteraves, carottes râpées, tomates. Produits très frais.
Puis, poulet rôti accompagné de pommes de terre mijoter dans la graisse de canard. Une tuerie^^
Plusieurs desserts au choix .
Tout les produits sont locaux.
Les plats sont très bons et copieux.
Je conseille de réserver.
