Held by the talented Willy Marc Zorn, the Petite Auberge offers a daring cuisine, cleverly balanced between local flavors and high-flying gastronomy. The chef makes us rediscover local ingredients by associating them with a more exotic cuisine. The mustard of Reims is used here to spice up a tomato in a cold soup. To accompany the different dishes, a generous cellar with more than 200 wines. One of the best addresses in Laon and its surroundings

Très bon rapport qualité/prix du menu Entrée / Plat / Dessert (et large choix de vins). Les produits sont frais et les goûts au rendez-vous. Petite salle conviviale avec un service efficace et agréable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
