CHAMPAGNE JEAN COMYN
Located in Mont-Saint-Père, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne and only a few encâblures of the Champagne-Ardenne, the Comyn family has produced renowned champagnes for 40 years. Assembly richness is the key to this operation. The vineyard, located on the right bank of the Marne, is oriented south, encépagé to 50% Pinot meunier, 25% Pinot noir and 25% Chardonnay. Jean Comyn champagne production is about 90 000 bottles per year and is expressed in different vintages. Harmony is the name given to non-vintage champagnes (raw, rosé or chardonnay) aged years: their éclat of youth translates into their freshness and fruity. Symphony and Opus are vintage champagnes over 4 years of age, produced in exceptional years. They are characterized by maturity offering an explosion of flavors of great richness and a beautiful length in the mouth. We love the welcome Emmanuel reserves to his visitors. He has been a passionate director since 1997. In order to discover his profession, he takes him to the vines and explains his work on the ground. Tastings and appointments by appointment. Possibility groups.
