Discover the authentic local cuisine at Annick and Bernard Longuet. The rustic and warm setting of their thierachian house, at the feet of the fortified church of Plumion, underlines the intimacy of the place. The staff were very helpful. The specialties are attractive and their training opens up more appetite. Some dishes are recommended: pheasant pheasant, delicious chest foie gras, duck duck magret or veal bern (the card changes depending on seasons!). Finally, the cellar of the house is recognized. A beautiful address, recommended.
