Michèle Parmentier cultivates vegetables in an ecological way in a large garden around the house. Her husband takes care of the vineyard and fruit trees.
Every morning, or almost, it sells its production on the markets of the wind.
To provide to mining, it is the only afternoon that you can meet. Tuilerie is between Conde in Brie and Saint-Eugène and has two signposted entrances: on the left coming from Saint-Eugène on the right coming from Conde in Brie.
You have the thing for sure to get the freshest ingredients because it even arrive that Michèle Parmentier will gather or tear off in front of you.
You can also get champagne house there.
