GINK'OOP
Valérie, Fabien, Vincent and two other young eco-activists have set up a company selling, renting and raising awareness of dry toilets. Called Gink'oop, a name that cleverly blends the eternal Gingo Biloba tree with cooperation, "oop", the team is based in the verdant village of Saint-Gobain, on the site of the former Royal Ice Factory. Its radius of action is deliberately limited to around 200 kilometers, to avoid overly long routes. Having joined an activity and employment cooperative that puts people, not capital, at the heart of the economy, and working with people who share this vision, these young people specialize in the design (research and development) and distribution of composting dry toilets (rental and sales), as well as in raising awareness of their use.
