LE COCTEAU
Probably one of the best tables in Saint-Quentin today. Despite a rather sad façade, the hotel is able to attract an ever-increasing clientele thanks to its delicious dishes, which do not lack freshness and taste. Here the pig is in honour. But the homemade fat liver, the Coquilles shells, the chapon nest equally… Just like the sublime gastronomic base, presented on Saturday evening! The beautiful dishes are out, not to impress the gallery but to treat the palate! Add to this a warm service, and a very friendly atmosphere, and you get the promise of a nice moment!
