IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF WORLD WAR I
Many of the First War sites in Saint-Quentin and Saint Bikes. Among other things, the Saint-Quentin railway station is a monument to the dead, directed by architect Paul Bigot, rue de la Chaussée-Romaine, a German military cemetery, and Georges-Pompidou street, a French civilian cemetery. In Saint Bikes, the bridge and entrance of the Riqueval tunnel, as well as the 46 th Division memorial, will delight history lovers. These different sites are listed in a document entitled "In the Footsteps of the First World War" downloadable on the website of the Tourism Office.
