A superb park of the "Champs-Elysées" with a horticultural garden and children's garden, to discover various species of trees.

This magnificent Parc des Champs-Élysées has little to envy the majesty of the Parisian avenue... On the site of the city's former fortifications, the 12-hectare park boasts a wide variety of tree species: maples, oaks, beeches, cypresses, walnuts, cedars, magnolias, as well as a giant sequoia, a yew tree, a ginkgo biloba, a Japanese cherry and a western red cedar, all in a pleasing harmony. There's also a horticultural garden, a children's garden and a petanque court.

Un parc de cette superficie en plein centre ville, c'est appréciable, que ce soit pour la promenade, les jeux de boule, le tennis, ou les jeux pour enfants. Plusieurs fois par an des manifestations y sont organisées, comme en mai la fête des fleurs, et en été des concerts de jazz gratuits le dimanche après-midi dans le jardin d'horticulture, dit "petit jardin". A noter également un beau kiosque à musique en fer forgé.

Ce parc offre un espace immense pour toutes sortes d'activités: promenades en famille, vélo, piques niques, terrains de sport, boulodrome,... Il y a aussi un très beau kiosque. Le parc y accueille aussi tous les ans la fête des fleurs et d'autres manifestations. Parking facile tout autour du parc.
