You will enjoy the unavoidable duck breast from the Landes or the calf's head with ravigote sauce! Home-made garbure in summer, pluma of black pig, ossaloise tartiflette with rolled breast and cheese from the valley. The local dishes are declined and flirt with some specialties of Mexico.
