Located just below the resort of Artouste, this small restaurant has a room decorated like a high mountain chalet with its big logs on the wall, its heavy wooden tables and benches, its animal skins on the wall and as soon as the sun comes out an exceptional terrace on the nature. This place is completed with a store of local products. The chalet is located near the start of a cross-country ski trail; in the summertime you can take a tour to discover the pastoral life. On the menu, you will find the cuisine of the Pyrenees: the traditional garbure, the local ham, the foie gras, the parillada of meats, the duck aiguillettes, etc.

La raclette est excellente et les accompagnements également. Copieux dans l’ensemble et possibilité de prendre des pommes de terre en supplément.
Le serveur est très agréable et rapide.
Petit bémol pour la brioche perdue légèrement sèche à notre goût.
