Restaurant with a decorated room and a shop selling local products and Pyrenean cuisine.

Located just below the resort of Artouste, this small restaurant has a room decorated like a high mountain chalet with its big logs on the wall, its heavy wooden tables and benches, its animal skins on the wall and as soon as the sun comes out an exceptional terrace on the nature. This place is completed with a store of local products. The chalet is located near the start of a cross-country ski trail; in the summertime you can take a tour to discover the pastoral life. On the menu, you will find the cuisine of the Pyrenees: the traditional garbure, the local ham, the foie gras, the parillada of meats, the duck aiguillettes, etc.

Lieu sympathique avec jolie vue! Par contre plat copieux mais cher pour ce que c’est! Et clairement un temps d’attente beaucoup trop long ( +de 2h pour une plancha et un dessert), on sent le manque d’expérience du personnel. Et le respect de là client à revoir ????

Bah faut pas être pressé….. service extrêmement long. Ici on peut vous demander de changer de place car un groupe arrive. Du coup beaucoup de monde a faire demi tour. Dommage car très bonne cuisine, très beau cadre

Comimos en este restaurante antes de subir al Tren de Artouste. No tenian en ese momento menús de mediodía. Escogimos una tabla de camenbert con embutido y unos crepes de chocolate de postre. Comimos genial. Calidad precio muy bien. Todo un acierto.

Hay que tener en cuenta que los franceses comen antes que los españoles, por lo que sí llegas sobre las 14h puede que no tengas menús de mediodía.
El servicio muy amable , y en el que hay 2 camareros que hablan español.

Chalet L'Hermine es un lugar con encanto. Se come estupendamente pero para nosotros lo más destacable es la excelente atención del servicio. Atención y amabilidad en todo momento. Gracias a Ana, Jorge, Sandrine (disculpas si no escribo bien este nombre). Y gracias a los cocineros ????. Nos volveremos a ver.
