Set up in one of the two rustic rooms of this hostel, we are ready for a delicious meal. Nicolas Lanthiez, at the service, talks to us about the house's specialities, Malou is in the kitchen. Saint-Jacques snack and basil cream, semi-cooked duck foie gras with port, whole lobster flambéed with cognac, beef fillet with maroilles or chorizo, here are some of the delights of the menu to enjoy in a particularly pleasant setting! A traditional cuisine that deserves to be rediscovered.
