MAROILLES LEDUC
Welcome to the paradise of strong, tasty cheese. The Leduc family's maturing cellars cover more than 2,000 m². For three generations, more than half a century, the star of northern cheeses has been pampered in accordance with ancestral traditions. Here, 450 tons of Maroilles are produced every year. But other specialities are available: Mignons, Vieux-Lille, Boulette d'Avesnes, Sorbais or Rocroi. If you want to know the trade secrets, you can use a 55 m long visitor corridor. All the stages of the manufacturing process are visible.
