SAVEURS CHAMPENOISES – LA FERME DU MOULIN
In the heart of the vineyard of Champagne, Raymond Leclerc raises ducks and offers a host of duck-based products. They welcome the whole year to visit, so they can see their processing facilities approved to European standards. All of their production comes from canards to "whole grain" corn according to the traditional method. In the shop are all these champenoises flavours: Foie gras, breasts candied, rillettes, duck blocks… There are also recipes to accommodate the duck. During the «gourmands meeting», the last weekend of November, the tasting-sales tour is accompanied by culinary demonstrations.
