La Ferme du Moulin is a foie gras producer located in Trélou-sur-Marne, Aisne. Located in the heart of the Champagne region, the farm offers a tour of the duck farm and product tasting by appointment for a minimum of 10 people. The ducks are raised in the open air and fed regional corn, before being processed in the farm's accredited laboratory. Ferme du Moulin offers a wide range of products, from fresh foie gras to semi-cooked foie gras, as well as various duck terrines and ready-made meals. They also offer fresh pork and pork terrines. Products can be purchased directly from the farm or from their "Saveurs Champenoises" store in Dormans. Ferme du Moulin is about 35 km from Épernay and 25 km from Château-Thierry.
