LA FERME DU MOULIN

Ferme du Moulin is a foie gras producer located in Trélou-sur-Marne, Aisne. In the heart of the Champagne region, just an hour from Paris, this farm offers visitors the chance to discover its duck farm. The ducks are raised in the open air and fed on local corn. They are then processed on site, in a laboratory certified to European standards. The farm selects quality ingredients from local producers for the preparation of its products, such as beans from Soissons, lentils from Champagne, maroilles and ratafia from Champagne. In addition to foie gras, the farm also offers fresh pork and various pork terrines. Products can be purchased directly from the farm or from their "Saveurs Champenoises" store in Dormans. Farm tours and tastings are available by appointment, with a minimum of 10 people.
