Settled in the main area of Lembeye, Restaurant de la Tour is a reference restaurant in the region. Its menu offers a classic cuisine and a particularly refined and elegant setting. The preparations highlight the Southwest with some small influences from Morocco that we owe to the chef. The Moroccan hummus is particularly delicious but also the round fillet of pork cheek, the grilled fish. For pizza lovers, the house offers a beautiful and surprising list of Béarn's pizzas with all the local specialties: gizzards, liver, or magret... By the way, the chef works primarily with local producers for authentic local flavour. Finally the setting is a delight with its two rooms which combine the old and the new and which often host exhibitions of local artists!
Three guest rooms are also available, they are very charming too.
