The ingredients used come largely from the kitchen garden, grown by the association's residents and volunteers. Each plate is prepared with fresh, seasonal produce, meats, vegetables, cheeses... that can be enjoyed in all simplicity. The restaurant's ambiance is soothing, with tables and chairs made from original objects: barrels, skis, surfboards... It's an ideal place to take a lunch break while supporting local and ethical cuisine.

Sans parler du repas, un dressage extraordinaire, un goût, une recherche de saveurs splendide qui mérite bien meilleur reconnaissance, le pain, les aliments locaux de leur propre ferme, une très belle qualité.
Je vous conseille vivement de venir goûter les délices d’ici sans aborder le prix qui n’est rien qu’une misère !!
