A classic crêperie with buckwheat galettes, a salad bar and a grill with excellent duck breast and rib steaks, La Bigoudène offers entirely homemade cuisine, prepared by the chef with fresh produce. We love the originality of some of his creations: Savoyard waffles with Reblochon, lardons and crème fraîche, Basque waffles with piperade and ham a la plancha! Petit bémol, la patronne (déduction de ma part) se propose de m’offrir un apéritif breton ( très bon au demeurant) et me le fait payer en fin de repas, étrange ! 3,70 ou 3,80€ . Étant simplement de passage je l’ai payé et n’ai rien dit mais je trouve ça dommage.
