Elegant restaurant with seasonal menus with tastefully prepared dishes, cheese platter, wines.
This elegant restaurant offers a menu that changes with the seasons. The contemporary-style dining room is bright and comfortable. Olivier and Karine Nicolau work on the dishes and their presentation with refinement. The shad is caught in the Adour, and the asparagus comes from the Landes. Let yourself be tempted by the magnificent Pyrenean cheese platter crafted by master cheesemaker Frédéric Minvielle. Savoury and sweet mignardises crown the tasting menu. With its hundred or so references and a place in the final of Terre de vins magazine's Trophée des meilleures cartes de vins, the cellar is sure to satisfy even the most demanding palates. A very good address in Béarn!

When I arrived ahead of my partner, she came over to ask if I wanted a cocktail really quite angrily. We took the option of the complete service at €75, so she had to serve us multiple times. Each time she spoke to my white friendly smiling and if she spoke to me which was very little she would wear a crown angrily. Also when she came to set the cutlery after each course she would literally throw mine around but arrange my white griend’s on the stone set. I asked her why my experience was so different from my friend’s, when we are paying exactly the same. She really ruined what could have been a lovely evening with her attitude made more apparent when she could be seen laughing loudly with the white folks on other tables. I really like the chef Oliver, he was super friendly but mostly in the kitchen. I wanted to go back pre new year with my family of 5. But we are all black and I’m wondering if this lady will even serve us at all. Horrible experience really.
Ambiance froide.
Service peu chaleureux
