An excellent address that has already won over the locals. Very good traditional cuisine with fresh produce. Every day, you'll find a varied starter-main course-dessert menu. At the bar, you can enjoy a South-West beer - made before your very eyes with the stills in the background - blond, brown or white, and even the "special" with a little apple alcohol added, a strange yet delicious and original combination. The setting is warm, in the spirit of an "old-fashioned brasserie", and the welcome perfect: a beautiful place in Béarn!
