The name sets the scene: Western fans will recognize the Frenchized name of a character from Sergio Leone's classic film The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. The decor and menu are themed around the American West, with Latin influences of course. The journey is just as successful on the plate, and for those who don't feel like tasting the specialties of the other side of the Atlantic, there are also dishes of French cuisine.
