La cuisine reste tout à fait respectable bien que le fois gras servi glacé ne permet pas d'en apprécier les saveurs. Nous avons regretté le manque de justesse des cuissons de viande. Mais la sauce est divine et les accompagnements très bien. Les desserts ont relevé un peu le niveau.
