The chef uses only the freshest local produce. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons and the chef's whims. At lunchtime, you can choose a formula with starter, main course and dessert, or any combination of these options. You can, for example, choose the terrine of the moment or the salmon gravlax, followed by the piece of beef with Madeira sauce or the fish fillet with langoustine coulis. For a sweet finish, opt for the exotic fruit bavarois or the chocolate fondant with pistachio custard. Les Vins Par Faim is also a wine bar and cellar where you'll discover a wide selection of wines. What's more, you can accompany your glasses with quality charcuterie and cheeses, both locally produced and from elsewhere. The winery offers several areas to savor its oenological nuggets.
