The mill at Hôpital-Saint-Blaise has seen generations of farmers grind their cereals.
This water mill, owned by the commune, probably dates back to medieval times. It has undergone numerous major restorations, to the point of being almost completely rebuilt. In operation until the 2nd World War, it became obsolete with the emergence of industry. Generations of farmers have used the mill to grind their cereals. After the war, the owner turned it into a sawmill until the 1970s. Discover this water mill with its paddle wheels in operation. A unique site.
