GRAINES DE MOTS
An associative library in Chevrières: the bet is daring! But President Michèle Renaux-Lauden, a retired documentalist, will share her enthusiasm. She wants to propose around 5,000 references. Strokes, novelties, works on nature, but above all literary genres somewhat left aside: news, poetry, plays… To do this, the association works with local publishing houses such as L'Iroli which publishes Gaza. The clientele can come directly to the premises of 20 m², an old barn, or order books by telephone and internet and go to the Shop Artisans du Monde (rue Fournier-Sarlovèze in Compiègne). The association also plans to propose second-hand books to offer them a second life and to participate in book fairs.
