AU MARGOTIN
At this address you can find the laboratory and a shop, Les Delicacies de Coye. You are behind the scenes of the chocolates of François Harrault, master craftsman chocolate maker on several occasions for the quality of his work. The Margotin offers a collection of classic chocolates, specialities and novelties. But the most famous, first prize at the Chocolate Show in 2002, remains the Margotin itself, a small bundle of crunchy wood in the mouth. The chef's goal is to make you discover and love the forest version.
