The restaurant gives pride of place to local (less than 200 km from Compiègne), organic and seasonal produce. The menu evolves throughout the year. The relatively limited choice is explained by the fact that we use fresh, quality produce. The children's menu is different from what we're used to: it's the same meal as the adults', but in adapted proportions. The wines are organic and/or biodynamic, the beers are local and the fruit juices are organic... A place to enjoy healthy food!
