Musée de l'Armistice in Compiègne, featuring a replica of the wagon in which the Armistice was signed, and a cab from the Marne since 2021.
In the clearing at Rethondes, the Musée de l'Armistice plunges you into the history of the two world wars. From the Abri du wagon, a silent witness to the discussions of November 11, 1918, to the diorama depicting the same wagon in the clearing, each room is an immersion experience. The Marne cab, képis, cuirasses and even remnants of the mythical wagon 2419D are on display. In the video room, the women of the Great War take center stage. A stroll through a poignant history where memories, objects and symbols of peace mingle.

April 1 to September 30: daily 10 am to 6 pm (last admission 5:15 pm). Low season October 1 to March 31: daily 10am to 5:30pm, closed in January and on Tuesdays (last admission 4:45pm). Adults €8. Children aged 7 to 18: €6. Groups of 30: €6.
