The "Picantins" are the three characters who bang on the bells of the belfry of the almost neighbouring Town Hall. They have given their name to this unbreakable establishment and its speciality: three roasted hazelnuts coated with chocolate and nougatine (be careful, however, if your teeth are fragile). Picantins are sold in tins (from 100 grams to one kilo) or individually. We prefer another speciality: a dark chocolate ganache flavoured with candied orange peel. It's the Marjories, like the boss lady's name. You can also let yourself be tempted by the rocks of Compiègne, flaky pralines with puffed rice. Macaroons and delicious pastries are also famous, and rightly so! On the other hand, we warn you that this quality and originality are reflected in the rates.
