Le Txotx restaurant in Lons takes you straight to the Basque Country! Enjoy typical Basque specialties such as veal axoa, serrano ham, tapas, fried calamari, amatxi and cod omelette. Fish is also featured, with a Spanish-style pavé. The cellar offers wines from Jurançon, Rioja, Argentina and Chile. But the star of the show, of course, is the cider, served straight from the barrel! With its warm atmosphere, two terraces and 700 m² capacity, Le Txotx is the ideal restaurant for a meal in the Basque Country. A fully-equipped seminar room is also available for events.
