In Lons, Brasserie Carte Blanche's vintage decor takes you straight back to Route 66 in the USA. Like the setting, the lunchtime dishes are beautiful and tasty, like the chicken fillets a la plancha, the ribeye on the bone or the Mc Queen, a succulent burger. Each day features a different menu, using produce from the South-West of France for bistronomic cuisine.
