Restaurant with a pleasant terrace offering a menu of traditional regional dishes depending on the season.
As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed by an abundant vegetation that surrounds a pleasant terrace, very friendly during the summer months. The room on its side is unusual with a decoration in the Hispanic style: with its tiled tables, strongly resembling the azulejos, and its curtains in the colours of the South. The menu offers the traditional dishes of the region, adapting to the season. You will find, for example, garbure, large and varied salads such as that of the Berger, a fresh duck liver fried with grapes and apples, tuna axoa with Espelette chilli pepper and, in autumn, Henri IV's pigeon with foie gras and porcini mushrooms, beef cheek nut with stewed beef. And to finish off, an excellent plate of farm cheese from the Pyrenees and for the gourmands, a crème brûlée, a chocolate fondant and its custard. A pleasant and serene break!
