It's a nice, beautiful sign that just opened Avenue de Flandres. Here, beef is sublimated in home specialty: " The Beef Paradise ". A cœur heart accompanied by the Paradis sauce: butter, herbs, a point of mustard and a few other ingredients whose head is kept secret. A sauce used for all sauces! It accompanies both a beef piece and the mixed Mixed-Grill, a dish of Saint-Jacques nuts, salmon and roasted gambas. The dishes are accompanied by a fresh vegetable casserole of the region or house matches, served at will. The plates are generous, the temptation is great… And you will have to succumb to a little bit of Paradise.
