Arrivée dans une première chambre avec chauffage, je demande à en changer.. Le membre du personnel fait l'étonné.. même problème dans la 2eme chambre, le froid est glaciale et insoutenable. L'eau de la douche à peine tiède n'aide pas à se réchauffer. Je dors avec pull, polaire, chaussettes et pantalon mais impossible de dormir il fait beaucoup trop froid! Je quitte l'hôtel à 4h30 du matin car impossible de dormir dans ce froid.. Le lendemain l'hôtel nie le problème! À fuir! Propreté à revoir aussi!
