CASTLE OF FLERS
The castle of Flers is a historical monument whose construction goes back to 1661.
This historic monument was built in 1661, even before the Lille region became part of France! Looted during the French Revolution, it was extensively transformed and became a farm in the 1800s. The château has a rural, Flemish-style appearance. You can visit the museum free of charge, or admire temporary exhibitions in the cellars. At the end of the year, there's even an intimate Christmas market where you can browse through the chalets. Good to know: the Château de Flers is the starting point for many walking tours.
