The park is home to the municipal departments of education and the environment, sustainable development and health.
Parc du Héron brings together 110 hectares of water and greenery. Since 1995, 73 hectares of the park have been classified as a Voluntary Nature Reserve. Herons and other birds (mallards, orioles, titmice, cuckoos, woodpeckers...) can be seen here. Horses can also be found, while cows graze peacefully in the fields around the park. The Heron Farm, in the heart of the park, is now home to the municipal departments of education and the environment, sustainable development and health, as well as schoolchildren and leisure centers.
