Les Halles Biltoki is definitely the place to be for gourmands! This is where Maryse and Estelle decided to set down their suitcases full of macaroons, choux and cookies! For these two friends, patisserie is the order of the day. Every day, in their gourmet laboratory, they create desserts that are both visually perfect and deliciously crazy. They are, of course, all made with fresh, organic, seasonal produce. Their star creation? The incredible pyramid of choux. And soon, they'll be setting up shop in Lille too!
