KIRCHBERG CHAPEL
A chapel with a Gothic choir, it has undergone renovation to regain its splendid appeal
The Kirchberg is a favorite subject for amateur painters in the region when they are interested in the motif. The round tower dates back to the 12th century, while the Gothic choir dates from the 14th and 15th centuries. The damage suffered during the Second World War has been repaired, and the site has now regained its exceptional appeal. The Kirchberg preservation association offers tartes flambées on the first Sunday of the summer months, and the site is open from 3.30pm from May1 to the end of October.
