The chambres d'hôtes are housed in a 300-year-old farmhouse, one of the oldest and most typical in the region, with two wings, one of which was once used as a workhouse, hayloft and bread oven. Now, with exposed beams and rustic-style furnishings, it's a comfortable place to stay. You can also sample Philippe Vermeire's specialties: leek puff pastry with mousseline sauce, filet mignon with Neufchâtel and seasonal vegetables, cheese platter, Belle Hélène-style pear with homemade spices...
