FÊTE DES ROSES

On the program of this almost secular festival which makes Gerberoy vibrate, labeled one of the most beautiful villages in France: the parade of children in the streets and the craft and local market. There are also some animations, but above all, you will understand why Gerberoy is nicknamed the village of roses as you walk among hundreds of rose trees in bloom! Roses climb the stone walls and climb along typical half-timbered houses. It is the best time for flowering, but the density is quite unpleasant, with more than 10,000 visitors for a village of about 100 inhabitants. It's up to you to weigh the pros and cons...
