Here it smells like the land! All cheeses and dairy products are made from 100% raw milk. This farm, managed by the Beaudoin family, invented the "Bray picard with linseed", and also produces a hay tomme, dried in a straw coating. Another speciality is the "rollot", a washed-rind cheese, the same technique that is used for maroilles. All good reasons to take a walk in the huge courtyard of this brick farmhouse.
