The dough is made with light flour, a blend of three low-gluten flours from the Aguriaro mill near Parma in Italy. Whether in the dining room or out on the terrace, you're sure to enjoy the finest products. It's accompanied by a good glass of wine, and at the end of the meal, you'll be surprised to find that you've eaten very well, in good quantities, for very little money.
