We like this place both for its approach to the kitchen and for its setting: a large circular dome whose bay windows open onto the terrace and the ponds. As for the kitchen, the emphasis is on authenticity and quality, using as much as possible the orchard and vegetable garden of the property, otherwise the short circuits. We particularly recommend the salmon smoked on the spot or the game terrine with foie gras, and to finish, the poached pear with its home-made gingerbread ice cream (made with honey from the beehives behind the pond).
