The Euskalduna restaurant boasts a brasserie-restaurant-bistro spirit with 2 concepts, between the bar counter where you can have lunch and dinner and its high tables in a refined decor. In the kitchen, the brigade ensures quality and inventiveness with local, seasonal produce. Generous, seasonal dishes include homemade burgers such as xibero and oilasko, foie gras terrine, ham and cheese slate, tomato gazpacho, risotto de la mer and brandade de lieu. Homemade desserts too, all served in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
