Rich of a long experience in a famous Parisian establishment, place de la Concorde in Paris, the owner, from the country, had only one idea: to come back and work with his son in Mauléon, his native village. Equipped with a terrace and a majestic counter, the restaurant offers a Parisian brasserie cuisine in Basque version, with eels and trout from Licq, entrecote, rack or shoulder of lamb, Basque burgers and the famous bistro desserts. Had a lovely lunch. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Had a big pumpkin soup for starters, duck confit that fell off the bone and the best french toast ever had (with brioche and ice cream). Highly recommended.

Une très bonne adresse où se régaler en été comme hiver ???? le chef cuisine super bien ! J'insiste ! Même les légumes tout est sans reproche ^^ il est également possible de commander a emporter et c'est bien bon ????
