Dry cold is produced by electricity. An acclimatization chamber at -60°C acclimatizes you to the sensation before you enter the therapeutic chamber, where, let's face it, at -110°C, you only stay 2.30 minutes, or even 3! The process has proven its effectiveness on the muscular level, and also provides satisfactory anti-inflammatory and anti-stress hormonal responses. We recommend this experiment, which of course requires gloves, socks and a hat!
